Villa Rouge

Villa Rouge is a 22 house development situated in Parklands, Cape Town. The development was undertaken by Bayswater homes, a division of TTE investments Pty Ltd. The principals of Bayswater homes are Andy Miles and Rod MacPhail both of whom our engineers with many years experience in business and development.

The product offered was a 76 square metre, double storey, two-bedroom house, with both bedrooms having a bathroom en-suite.

Also on offer was an optional granite top in the kitchen and a choice of tiling and carpet finishes, the latter two of which were included in the offer price.

Included is a garage and parking bay and intercom access between the security gate and the houses.

This was the first development in Parklands to offer a two-bedroom unit with en-suite bathrooms. The development was so popular that it is sold out in about three weeks. The offer price was R309 000 with an average price of R340 000 per unit. Prior to the units being completed they were changing hands at over R500 000.
